Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed from the date of your purchase.

You can return your item if it is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You must also return the item in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that cannot be returned. Perishable goods like food, flowers and magazines can’t be returned. We do not accept any products that are intimate, sanitary, hazardous, flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous.

Additional items that are not returnable:

  • Gift certificates
  • Software products that can be downloaded
  • Some personal and health care products

We require proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, partial refunds may not be granted.

  • Book that shows obvious signs of usage
  • Software, hardware, VHS tapes, CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • We are not responsible for any item that is not in its original condition or that has been damaged or lost.
  • Returns of items received after 30 days are not allowed


We will email you an email to inform you that your item has been received after it is inspected and received. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

Once your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified time period.

Missing or late refunds

You should first double-check your bank account to see if you have not received a refund.

Contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is posted.

Next, contact your bank. It is common for a few days before a refund can be issued.

Sale items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Refunds cannot be made for sale items.


Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Send us an email to email adres to request an exchange for the exact item.


You will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the return if the item was purchased as a gift and shipped to you. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the item has been received.

We will refund the gift-giver if the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to them to give you later.

Shipping costs to return your item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. You will not be able to get a refund if you return shipping costs.

It may take up to a week for your product to arrive depending on where you live.

You may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance or a trackable shipping service if you’re returning expensive items. However, we cannot guarantee that your item will be received.
