Delivery in 9-12 Days & Re-shipments in 30 Days & Refund Order is damaged in transit or not received
Confirmation of Order
After placing an order, you will be sent an email with payment instructions and order confirmation. We will send another email to confirm that your order is in process after we receive your payment.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to any reason, or if there is a problem with payment, we will contact you.
After your order/s are processed, it will likely be sent within 24-48 hours. You will receive an E-mail confirmation of shipment. Please contact us with any questions.
Our company is based in India and treats your order as imported goods. Your order will be processed by Customs. There might be delays while they process it for customs formalities. To ensure that you don’t get inconvenienced during this phase, we recommend you allow extra time. In extreme cases, they may contact you within a few days.
Most cases, after we receive your payment, we ship your order promptly within 24-48 hours. Delivery times will vary depending on whether the shipping agency or postal service is used.
You will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. It will also give details on how to schedule the redelivery or where your order is being held up for collection. They will usually keep them there for four weeks before returning them to us.
If your order does not arrive within the normal delivery time, please contact us immediately. Allow us to determine if your order has been delayed, held by customs, or lost.
Lost and Re-shipments
If we receive your request within 30 days of the shipping date, we will be happy to ship or refund any order that was lost. If we are not notified within 30 days, no reshipment/s nor refunds will be accepted.
We will gladly reship any order not delivered to us, provided that the following conditions are met:
- In addition to the standard delivery times from the date of shipment, an additional 7 days have passed.
- You have provided the correct shipping address.
If you provide an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement. Once the original order has been returned, our billing team will contact you with details about the refund. As the return postage has not yet been paid, it may take several weeks or months for the refund to be processed.
Refunds and Returns
We will ship your order again if it is damaged during transit or not delivered. We will issue a full refund if you request.
However, if you receive a partial order we will issue a full refund and charge you only for the items you received.
Please allow us to process your order within 30 days of the date it was shipped. We will contact you if your order has not been received after 30 days or if you have received notification that it was placed on hold or returned to the sender.
